Unfortunately, one of the copyright holders (I don't know which) of the original works used here has requested that this track be removed:
"Blogger has been notified, according to the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), that certain content in your blog is alleged to infringe upon the copyrights of others....You may edit the post to remove the offending content and republish, at which point the post in question will be visible to your readers again."
My mashups are a fun hobby, nothing more, and I would never seek commercial gain from them - I am well aware that the artistic and commercial rights belong to others and I always credit the original artists accordingly. Interestingly, the Chilling Effects website states that a copyright infringement is unlikely to be deemed to have occurred unless the copier's use exerts a market effect, i.e. supplants demand for the original work. I do not believe for one moment that this is the case here, but I suppose I could take the suggestion as a compliment.
I'm fortunate enough to have had several original artists (Mark B & Blade, New Young Pony Club, OMD) be supportive of my use of their work in the past, so I'm happy just to take this one on the chin and move on.
